We offer roof replacement, commercial roofing, roof repair, residential roofing, storm damage restoration, roof inspection, metal roofing, and roof installation. All services are performed by licensed and insured professionals in compliance with New Jersey state regulations. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
Payment is due as outlined in your signed contract. For most residential projects, a deposit of 20% is required to begin work, with the balance due upon completion and final inspection. Commercial roofing projects may require a different payment schedule, specified in your agreement. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Roofers in NJ is not liable for damages resulting from customer-provided materials, pre-existing structural issues not disclosed during the initial roof inspection, or natural disasters such as severe storms. Our liability is limited to the total contract value. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as required by New Jersey law.
We provide a 10-year workmanship warranty on all roof replacement and roof installation projects. Manufacturer warranties on materials vary by product (typically 20-50 years) and are passed directly to you. Storm damage repairs carry a 5-year workmanship warranty. Warranties are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Mercer County, New Jersey. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
